Crafting for a cause

Crocheting is my new love and I usually have a bunch of projects on the go at once. Lately it's been little beanies for the sweet bubs in the NICU's of hospitals around Australia. We have had a few prems born into our extended family over the years and they have spent time in the NICU so it's a place dear to my heart.
I'm using the patterns from the following website...

I've also made up some little dresses from the site in the past and they are just too adorable.

The little rose on the cream beanie comes from this book which was a lovely thoughtful gift from Mum for my birthday. The cream yarn was some gorgeously soft crepe I picked up from the op-shop for a song and the flower is made from Pelicano perle by Coats. (They were clearing it out for $2 a ball at my local habby shop....I may have *ahem* bought about 10 balls!)
