July 2013 - Surprise trip to Sydney

We pulled off a great surprise with the girls this July when we booked and planned a holiday to Sydney without them knowing. We had already scheduled a trip in October and they were really looking forward to that but things worked out that we could pop up for a week at the end of July. We decided to keep it a secret and because it was an evening flight we put together some story about having to go into Launceston for something else and then picking up a package from the airport. It wasn't until we pulled up at the airport and asked them to hop out and open the boot that they saw the suitcases and knew what was happening! It was hilarious to see their expressions and excitement!
We all had a great time visiting family and see the new nieces and were really glad we could take the trip. These pictures are from a family get together at Grandma's house.
