August 2014 - Book week and Sven

Book week came around too quickly this year and the girls spent many days deciding on just the perfect characters. In the end they decided on The Little Match Girl, Guinevere and Eeyore. (I think Mary choose that one just so she could wear her PJ's to school!)
The Op-Shop came to the rescue again with a satin bed sheet for Becky's dress and a skirt and shawl for Hannah's outfit.

Mary was invited to a birthday party on the 30th with a Frozen theme. It was a dress up party and we figured that every little girls there would be dressed as Elsa or Anna so we went a little left field and choose Sven the Reindeer. She actually won first prize for her original idea and won a little box of Lego, her favourite! Scored!
