Becky had been to a birthday party recently where they walked through the "wild woods" which is a track that goes past the caravan park here in Deloraine and follows the Meander River. She wanted to show it to us so one Saturday in November we set out, the intrepid travelers on an adventure. It was a fun walk, with lots of things to climb on and play around and gorgeous nature for me to photograph. We were looking for a little jetty picnic spot that Becky had visited on her walk and eventually found it and sat and ate our little picnic lunch. The whole walk looped right around the jetty picnic spot was actually closer to the beginning of the walk than we realised....we had taken the long way round, but it was worth the walk!
